Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once order processing or sourcing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

• Item is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
• Item received is damaged or incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping, customs, or external factors

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear proof such as photos or videos.

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

6. Returns
Due to international sourcing, returns may not always be accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
